We are incredibly excited to announce our very first AGM and medical cannabis conference weekend at Maple House and the Irish Centre Birmingham.
Run purely by volunteers who are also patients, it’s time to celebrate how much we have achieved since being founded in 2014, outlining what needs to be done, and to update all on the scientific and medical facts of cannabis.
We will be hosting talks with special guests such as Prof. Mike Barnes, MP Paul Flynn along with academics, Dr Gary Potter and Dr Axel Klein to bring new comers up to speed on science and the politics of cannabis and cannabis growing - and to prepare guests for future activism. We will also have patients such as Sarah martin, Clark French, Faye Jones and more talk about their experiences consuming cannabis as their main form of medicine. All ages are welcome and disabled access is available

It’s All Gone T’Pot Protest London 10th October 2pm
Paul Flynn has invited all medical cannabis patients to come to the Parliament lawns on October the 10th to safely consume cannabis via medibles and vaping.
The UPA will be presenting a public tea party - to which we will be inviting MP’s to sit with us for a chat over tea and cake. We are asking everyone attending to bring a large thermos flask of tea for yourself or to share with others and some snacks that you would typically see at a traditional British tea party - Cucumber sandwiches anyone?
Of course, possession of cannabis is illegal and we do not advise that you do so - however if you do decide to bring your own, please be aware of the risk of arrest. Remember that you don’t have to consume cannabis on the day - we just need you to be there showing your support for the bill of access to medical cannabis. The more people who attend the better!
If you wish to attend the protest but have no means of transport? Contact us and we will do our best to try and help you.
We are currently asking for your help to help raise funds for this protest so we can make it as large as possible - no matter how small, a donation will be greatly appreciated - Let’s get Cannabis Legalised!
