Clark French - Founder and CEO

Clark is the Founder & Director of the UPA. Clark was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2010, and since then has led the fight for patients to legally access cannabis medicine in the UK. Clark founded the UPA with the aims of educating patients and providing an advocacy platform for legal access to cannabis in the United Kingdom.
